Over the past six years, the Dare to Lead global community of coaches and facilitators has taken more than 150,000 leaders in forty-five countries through our Dare to Lead courage-building work. In this new book, I share the lessons from these experiences, my personal reflections, poetry that captures the complexity of this moment in time, and wisdom from other leadership thinkers. My hope is that this book can serve as a playbook for everyone, from senior leaders developing and executing complex strategies to GenZers entering and navigating turbulent work environments.
In the midst of deep uncertainty and the overwhelm of experiencing bluster, hubris, and even cruelty being framed as an increasingly acceptable form of leading, this book is about actionable and tactical insights that make explicit the mindsets and skill sets we need to reclaim our focus and power growth while leading from a place of connection, discipline, and accountability.

Holiday Shipping Update
Our warehouse will have limited hours Dec 23 - Jan 2 so that our team can enjoy some much needed time with their families. Online order shipment may be delayed for a several days. We will ship out your orders as soon as we can. Our regular hours resume Jan 2.
Local Order Pick Up Shipping Update
We continue to offer Free daily pick-up/drive through for orders in Pittsburgh. Simply place your order online, or call it in, and we will have it ready for you to pick up between 11a-6pm daily. You will receive an email notification with pick up details.
Shipping Information
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5 on all orders. Flat rate shipping is available only within the continental United States.
Within the United States, most packages are shipped US Priority Mail. You should receive your products within 2-3 days of shipment. An email with tracking information is sent to you once the package is on its way.
International Shipping
We are sorry to say that we are not shipping internationally at this time.

Una strives to ship as efficiently as possible, keeping down the cost and the environmental impact. All packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable and dissolve on contact with water, our bags are compostable, and our packaging material is recycled and recyclable.
