Join Molly Culleton, Doctor of Ayurveda, for an in-depth discussion about plant-based seasonal eating through the lens of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the world's oldest healing system and stems from a time when humans were highly aligned with the cycles and seasons of nature. Through industrial and technological advancements, we have collectively gotten away from the once necessary consumption of seasonally available foods.

Our learning will bring us back to the innate, nature-driven wisdom of seasonal eating and its connection to plant-based eating. We will also discuss HOW to shift our diet in a meaningful and sustainable way. Food guides, recipes and resources for all seasons will be provided. 

April 30th, 1-3pm. $35. Zoom available.

Note: having a plant based dies does not mean you have to be vegetarian or vegan. We will address the medicinal value of animals meats & by-products and how to consume them in a way that supports the individual metabolic type.

Holiday Shipping Update 

Our warehouse will have limited hours Dec 23 - Jan 2 so that our team can enjoy some much needed time with their families.  Online order shipment may be delayed for a several days.  We will ship out your orders as soon as we can.  Our regular hours resume Jan 2.   

Local Order Pick Up Shipping Update

We continue to offer Free daily pick-up/drive through for orders in Pittsburgh. Simply place your order online, or call it in, and we will have it ready for you to pick up between 11a-6pm daily. You will receive an email notification with pick up details. 

 

 

Shipping Information

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5 on all orders. Flat rate shipping is available only within the continental United States.

Within the United States, most packages are shipped US Priority Mail.  You should receive your products within 2-3 days of shipment. An email with tracking information is sent to you once the package is on its way. 

 

International Shipping

We are sorry to say that we are not shipping internationally at this time.
